About us
Welcome to our company ALKASTAN, your partner in industrial subcontracting. We are based in Prague, wonderful city and heart of Central Europe. Actually team of 6 people, we all are bilingual.
We offer our services in two areas: metal working (sheet metal working, machining, welding, casting etc) and wooden furnitures (hotels, student rooms, restaurants, shopfitting).
We have been in our business since 2011.
Every year our turnover increases around 25 %.
We belong to the top 10% of most successful companies in Czech Republic.
In 2023 we managed 7.5 million EUR for our customers.
Services
We manage the entire purchasing process in your language.
RFQ MANAGEMENT
We study your project and according to technical parameters send it to selected partners. Non disclosure agreement is signed if required. Result: Price list with supplier presentation and payment conditions.
ORDER MANAGEMENT
We send your orders to supplier, confirm with him prices, expedition date and payment conditions. Three days before expedition, loading dimensions and weight are required in order to calculate transport cost.
PRE-EXPEDITION CONTROL
We visit suppliers and control goods before expedition: dimensional control, aspect and packaging. We take pictures and fill control report when required by customer,
LOGISTIC MANAGEMENT
Transport is the last link of the chain but oftenly the most tricky. According to loading dimensions and weight we contact transport companies to offer you the best solution (time/price).
